Kurland Hotel's polo complex comprises of 4 boarded fields, a 50m X 100m polo arena, fully equipped stables and veterinary clinic, and a one kilometre sand exercise track and paddocks for up to 300 horses. Experienced grooms care for the horses and a vet and farrier are permanently on standby. The large white-roofed Polo Pavilion with a restaurant, bar and children's playroom as well as changing room facilities, caters to the well being of players and spectators alike.
Other facilities include a wooden horse with specially mounted audio-visual equipment to analyse one's polo swing, a fully equipped horse hospital in case of emergencies as well as an on-site polo stick manufacturer. Individual professional polo tuition is also available.
A-grade professionally trained polo ponies are provided to meet the needs of any level of player. Ponies are also for sale.
