Kurland Hotel's Polo Conference Room at The Pavilion measures 10 metres by 8 metres with a ceiling height of 3 metres. Situated on the main polo field about one kilometre from Kurland Hotel, The Pavilion enjoys wraparound views of the mountains, polo fields and paddocks. With an adjoining lounge, bar and dining area, The Pavilion also has a large wooden deck suitable for tea breaks and drinks.
Equipped with audio-visual equipment such as a flipchart, whiteboard, overhead projector, screen, video projector and video machine, Kurland Hotel's Polo Conference Room accommodates a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 delegates seated in a U-shape.
Kurland Hotel has 6 luxury rooms, 2 elegant rooms and 4 superior rooms. The Kurland Hotel will gladly provide assistance in making reservations at hotels nearby for delegates who cannot be accommodated at Kurland. Ten of the 12 rooms have luxury loft rooms above for children. Breakfast and dinner are provided at the hotel. Lunch, morning and afternoon tea is catered for at The Pavilion.
Kurland Hotel is available for small, intimate weddings on the provisor that all 12 hotel rooms are booked for a minimum of one night. The Pavilion is available as a venue for wedding receptions, anniversaries and other functions. Should any additional assistance be required, Kurland Hotel will attempt to assist you in any way possible.
