Altes Landhaus Country Lodge offers 7 Suites and one Double room. Luxuriously appointed and equipped with airconditioning -heating and cooling, television, telephone, ceiling fans and safes. All suites have towel heaters in bathrooms. Bathrobes are available in all the rooms.

The Executive Suite has a large sitting area in front of a fireplace and its own private patio. The suite has two twin beds together and an en suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

The Garden Suite has a large sitting room,separate dressing room and own private patio. The separate bedroom has a queen size bed and the en suite bathroom has a shower only. The Standard Double Room has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower and underfloor heating.

The 2 luxurious Pool Suites each have a large sitting room and a separate bedroom with two twin beds together. The spacious en suite bathroom has double basins and bidet with a shower and separate bath. Each room has a dressing room and its own private patio overlooking the pool.

The Honeymoon Suite has a large sitting area and its own private patio overlooking the garden. The room has a queen size bed with canopy. The en suite bathroom has a shower, a spa bath, bidet and under floor heating. On brisk autumn evening, open fireplaces beckon in the homestead's cosy lounge and elegant dining area. An honesty bar is available for guests.

An African atmosphere, reed ceilings and cented summer fragrances waft in from the garden immersing the spacious patio area, where guests are invited to dine during the long summer months. Enjoy generous farm and continental breakfasts and a la carte dinners, including a choice of the finest local specialities: ostrich, fresh fish, succulent Karoo lamb, game or fresh farm chicken.

Facilities

Summer hues, fragrant scents and the dry, hot Karoo air provide an intoxicating backdrop for the clear turquoise waters of the solar heated salt-water swimming pool. Tucked away in a tranquil corner of the homestead's garden it features a friendly pool bar. Improve your short game on a short pitch-and-putt hole, with a separate practice green.
